About Us
Hi! I'm Liza, the owner of Spynergy Wicker Park. I grew up teaching student spin after school at my mom and aunt's studio, Spynergy Winnetka. I was inspired by the amazing workout and community they created and wanted to share that special experience with my peers. So, I decided to open my own Chicago-based studio in 2018! Spynergy Winnetka shut its doors in 2020, so we couldn't be more excited to bring Spynergy back to the North Shore. I currently reside in Winnetka with my husband and two children.
Spynergy’s mission is to inspire positivity through movement, music, and community. At Spynergy, community means a welcoming space for all to achieve their personal goals in a group environment that is motivational and inspiring.
Our classes are taught to perceived exertion and are accessible to all levels. Our music moves you, our instructors motivate you. Come for the workout, and return for our community.
