Spynergy Instructor Role

Spynergy Wicker Park is a long-standing, community-driven indoor cycling studio known for high-energy, beat-based rides, exceptional music, and an inclusive, uplifting atmosphere. Our instructors are the heartbeat of our studios — leaders who inspire, motivate, and help riders feel connected, strong, and seen.

We are looking for passionate fitness professionals who love music, movement, and community to join our instructor team.

What You’ll Do

As a Spynergy Instructor, you will:

Create and nurture a supportive, connected Spynergy community
Design and deliver high-energy, music-driven classes with thoughtful, personalized playlists
Lead beat-based, choreographed rides that are both fun and effective
Help riders set, plan, and achieve personal goals
Build positive relationships with members and encourage consistent attendance
Bring enthusiasm, presence, and professionalism to every class
Represent the brand as a positive, engaged ambassador in and out of the studio
Contribute to the culture: positivity, accountability, inclusivity, and team spirit

What You Bring

Strong communication and leadership skills
Confident on a mic and comfortable commanding a room
Musicality and an understanding of rhythm-based riding
An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

Prior teaching experience is a plus but not required — we value potential, presence, and passion.

Instructor Requirements

Teach a minimum of 2 classes per week
Keep the studio clean and organized after each class (shoes, towels, equipment, etc.)
Attend quarterly team meetings
Attend monthly check-ins with a manager
Support your fellow instructors by attending at least one of each coach’s classes per quarter
Commit to ongoing training, growth, and feedback
Maintain strong, positive engagement with the Spynergy community
