Our mission is to inspire positivity through fitness, music, and community. Our classes promote heart health, calorie burn, mood boost, and increased energy. Come for the workout and return for the community.
All of our classes are open to all levels! We teach to the beat of the music and perceived exertion (how hard you feel like you are working) so our ride is approachable and fun!

We offer your first 3 classes for $60, or an unlimited month of classes for $149!

Our schedule opens 7 days ahead on a rolling basis. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get comfortably set up.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid penalty.

Welcome to Wicker Park! We are conveniently located down the alley at 1632 W St., marked by a vibrant mural of a fiery bike gear—just follow it! There’s street parking available or you can find SpotHero spots at 1624 W Division St.
Your first ride
Please arrive 15-minutes before class begins so that we can get you comfortably set up on your bike. You can wear sneakers or borrow our spin shoes, whichever you are more comfortable with. Our team will give you a studio tour and personally set you up on your bike before class begins. Remember to bring your own water bottle and wear athletic clothes!
