ENABLED PROGRAM

One of our core values is inclusivity and we believe that the physical and mental benefits of movement should be accessible to all. In 2021 we launched the enABLEd program for adaptive athletes with the help of Ability Fitness Chicago and Dare 2 Tri. This program allows for clients with a variety of neurological and physical injuries and disabilities to join our classes. The Ride is taught to perceive exertion and to the beat of the music which makes participating when blind or using a hand pedal possible. This is the first ever accessible spinning program. Movement is for every BODY!

 

We offer an Enabled Program for adaptive athletes! Spynergy is outfitted with three state-of-the-art hand cycles and all classes are taught to the beat of the music and perceived exertion so riders with visual impairment and other disabilities are able to ride.
